When will I receive my order?

Therefore, in order for your order to reach the supply and delivery stage, it is necessary to confirm the correctness of the payment / billing information of your order and send you an e-mail confirming the confirmation. Under normal circumstances, the purchases you make from our site are delivered to all cities with the existing Cargo companies on our site as of 20:30 on the same day following the confirmation e-mail, if the approval is received properly. Therefore, please write your e-mail address correctly and completely. Your cargo will be delivered to you within 2 business days at the latest after it is delivered to the carrier company.

All products sold on our site are under the guarantee of the manufacturer and importer companies.

How many days is the return period?

In general, you can return the products you have purchased without destroying, using and resalability of the product, stating the reason within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

What is the cancellation policy?

What are the return conditions?

Below you can find the items that must be complete in the products you send for return. If any of these are missing, the return of the product is not accepted.

The refund of the payment will be processed on the day we receive the product. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is at the discretion of your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within 1 – 3 weeks at the latest, and payments made by wire transfer are reflected in the account within 1 week at the latest.
Some natural health products cannot be returned in any way.

How do I return it?

Before sending the product to us, you must inform us of your return request by filling out the product return form on this page. After you have been notified by our technical department about the return, please fill in the return form that comes with the package and send the product to us. Confirmation information will be notified to you by phone or e-mail. When you receive the product, call the cargo number on the product and ask them to come and pick it up from you. The shipping fee for returns belongs to the customer. Counter-paid shipments will not be accepted. If the products that come to our technical service are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.

There may be delays in your orders due to products that are rarely available in the stocks of the supplier companies. In such cases, you will be notified by contacting you via your contact phone or e-mail. Please fill in your personal information completely so that we can contact you.

In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clearly as possible. You can even write the directions of your address in this section if you have them (Example: Third street after entering from the post office, etc.).
